Are You Fit To Dive?

If you answer “Yes” to any question on the medical questionnaire, we require the PADI Medical Form to be completed and signed by your doctor before you can enrol on a PADI dive course.

Medical Questionnaire for New Divers

Before starting a PADI course or beginner scuba experience, each participant needs to check the PADI medical questionnaire.

If you can answer “No” to all questions, you can normally begin your training without medical clearance. If you answer “Yes” to any question, you may need the form signed by a doctor before diving.

Qualified Scuba Divers Information

Certified divers are responsible for making sure they are medically fit to dive.

Please review the PADI medical questionnaire if your health, medication, surgery history, breathing, heart, ear or sinus condition has changed since your last dive, or if you have not dived for a while.

If the form says doctor approval is required, please arrange this before your dive day and contact us before booking so we can advise you properly.
