Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your day trip booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request and move your booking to a different date if possible. However, if this is not possible, we will issue you a refund according to the following policy:

For cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of your departure date, you will receive a full refund minus a 500 THB per person administrative and bank charge fee.
For cancellations made within 7 days of your departure date, no refund will be issued.
