Large schools of chevron barracudas and jacks are also often present around the outer pinnacles. There is a small charge of 600 Thailand Baht per person to enter the National Marine Park, and this is payable on the boat.
One of the most popular dive locations in the south Andaman Sea and a fantastic place to spot Tiger Tail Seahorses and Ornate Ghost Pipefish. Giant schools of barracuda and trevally feeding on glassfish are undoubtedly something to leave an everlasting impression.
Occasionally you may spot a friendly leopard shark resting in the sand just off the pinnacle, and Whale sharks do visit from time to time. This reef consists of three pinnacles running from north to south all covered with beautiful soft and hard corals, barrel sponges and sea fans.
This is the best wall dive around Phuket located on the east side of the island and a sloping reef on the west and perfect for deep diving or drift diving. Both sides are covered from top to bottom with colourful soft corals, sea fans, sponges and masses of macro life. Keep an eye out for the shy bamboo sharks sleeping under a rock at 24 meters.

Scuba diving requires a minimum level of health and fitness. Anyone, regardless of age, with shortness of breath, blurred vision, or any form of chest pain may need to reconsider diving. Avoid disappointment, download and review the Diver Medical form to ensure you won’t need a physician’s approval to dive before enrolling in a scuba course.
We expect no issues but in the unlikely event of injury, it only makes sense to be prepared. Check your current travel insurance covers you for scuba diving activities. Be sure to contact them directly to make sure. If they do not then we recommend DAN Scuba Diving Insurance.
