We’ll let you know if there’s space on your preferred departure date.

Once we confirm availability, we will send you a secure payment request.

• More than 30 days before departure: pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before departure. You are welcome to pay in full earlier.
• 30 days or fewer before departure: full payment is required when booking.

We will send your written booking confirmation once your place has been secured and the required payment has been received.

Please pay your balance by the deadline shown on your invoice. If it is not paid on time, your reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy below will apply.

Please contact us as soon as your plans change. We will try to move your trip to another available date. Date changes depend on availability and do not restart the original cancellation period.

Send your cancellation by WhatsApp or by email. The date we receive your message determines which cancellation period applies.

• More than 20 days before departure: you receive a refund of what you have paid, minus one ฿2,500 fee per reservation. This fee covers booking administration, cancellation handling and payment charges. It applies once to the whole reservation, regardless of how many people are booked.
• 20–11 days before departure: you receive a 60% refund of the total booking.
• 10–8 days before departure: you receive a 40% refund of the total booking.
• Seven days or fewer before departure, or no-show: no refund is due.

The 60% and 40% refunds apply to bookings paid in full. Any unpaid balance will be deducted from the refund.

These periods are measured before your scheduled departure date. Refunds cannot exceed the amount you have paid. Your legal rights are not affected.

If we have to cancel your trip, we will offer another available date where possible. If that does not work for you, we will refund everything you have paid to Thailand Divers for this booking, including your deposit. No cancellation or administration fee will be deducted.

Yes. Certified divers need suitable scuba-diving insurance for this liveaboard. Existing travel or dive insurance is acceptable if it covers your planned dives in Thailand, including the dates, depth, dive-accident medical treatment, evacuation and recompression treatment. Check your policy and bring proof of cover. If you need cover, read our scuba insurance guide.

Non-divers are welcome at a reduced rate, subject to availability. Snorkelling opportunities depend on the route, visibility and safety conditions; the boat manager makes the final decision. Please tell us how many non-divers are in your group when you enquire.

Please tell us in advance if you need vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other suitable food. We will make every effort to help, although not every request can be guaranteed. You may bring your own food if needed, and we can help store it onboard.

Yes. If you bring DIN regulators, an adapter can be rented for £2(฿100) per day. Please request one when booking.

Yes, subject to availability. One private guide can accompany up to two Open Water divers. Advanced Open Water divers and above can join a standard guided group or request a private guide. The private-guide extra is £56(฿2,500) per guide per day, or £169(฿7,500) per guide for this 3-day trip. Please request this when booking so we can confirm your guide and a suitable dive plan.

Yes. The National Marine Park fee is £36(฿1,600) per diver and can be paid in cash on the boat.
