Day 1
Learn To Dive
Here you will learn about the scuba equipment, scuba diving safety and most importantly to be comfortable underwater before you go to the ocean. We collect you from your hotel at either 10 am or if you like a later start then 1 pm.
Day 2
Go Scuba Diving
Spend the day scuba diving at Koh Racha Noi and Koh Racha Yai islands located 2 hrs south of Phuket. Amazing tropical coral reefs, all year round calm clear tropical waters, wrecks and artificial reefs - with your scuba instructor right by your side at all times.
Personal Scuba Insurance Included
To make this a safe and enjoyable experience we include full personal scuba diving insurance as most holiday insurance does not cover scuba diving activities.

What is the Explore Scuba Diving schedule?
Day One:
10.00 or 13:00 – Hotel pick up
Meet your Scuba Instructor at the pool.
Starting in the shallow end you will learn how to breath underwater and control your buoyancy ready for the coral reefs of the Racha Islands. The day finishes when you feel comfortable underwater.
Day Two:
07.00 – 07:30 – Hotel pick up
08:30 – Meet your Scuba Instructor onboard
09:00 – Scuba dive safety briefing
09:00 – Freshly prepared Breakfast
10:00 – Arrive at Koh Racha Noi Island
10:15 – First dive of the day – Racha Noi Island
11:45 – Thai buffet lunch is served
13:00 – Second dive of the day – Racha Noi Island
14.30 – Arrive at Racha Yai Island
15:30 – Third dive of the day – Racha Yai Island
16:30 – Sail back to Phuket
17:30 – 18.00 – Return to your hotel
What time will I get picked up from my hotel?
On the first day you will be collected from your hotel at 10.00 am and returned 1 pm onwards or 1pm pick up and 4pm return – this depends on how long you need to feel comfortable to go on the coral reef dives the next day at the Racha Islands.

On the second day, when you will be going to the Racha Islands onboard the day trip boat. You can expect to be picked up between 7:00 am and 7:30 am. The exact pick-up time will depend on your hotel location, and this will be provided upon booking
Is scuba diving insurance included?
YES.
We register all of our students with DiveAssist.org, a leading provider of scuba diving insurance. This means that you will receive a personal scuba diving insurance policy sent to your email address after signing up for the course.

What is the medical requirement for the Explore scuba diving program?
Scuba diving requires a minimum level of health and fitness. Anyone, regardless of age, with shortness of breath, blurred vision, or any form of chest pain may need to reconsider diving. Avoid disappointment and review the PADI Diver Medical form to ensure you won’t need a physician’s approval to dive before enrolling in a the Explore scuba diving course.
Special Dietary Requirements?
While we may not be able to accommodate every requirement please let us know in advance and we’ll make every effort to ensure there is food available for you. In addition, we can help you store your own food on the day trip if required.
Can anyone scuba dive?
Anyone over 10 years old and in good health can participate in the Explore scuba diving course.
What is the next stage after the explore scuba diving course?
After you have had a taste of scuba diving with us on the explore scuba diving course. I am sure you are going to want to progress to the next diving level –Â the three-day PADI Open Water Diver course
Cancelations and Refunds
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request and move your booking to a different date if possible. However, if this is not possible, we will issue you a refund according to the following policy:
- For cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of your departure date, you will receive a full refund minus a 500 THB per person administrative and bank charge fee.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of your departure date, no refund will be issued.
- If we have to cancel your trip due to poor weather conditions a FULL REFUND will be issued.
