How do I make a booking?
If your trip is more than seven days away, you can secure your places with a 20% deposit.
The remaining 80% is due exactly seven days before the trip, and you may pay in full at any time.
If you book seven days or fewer before travel, full payment is required.
Is this trip suitable for first time snorkellers?
Your Surin day includes a guide, snorkelling equipment and three planned reef sessions. If this is your first time or you’re less confident in the water, tell us before booking so we can help you choose suitable arrangements for your day.
Which pier does the speedboat depart from?
The Surin Islands speedboat leaves from Nam Khem Pier at Namkhem Marina in Phang Nga, north of Khao Lak. If your trip includes a hotel transfer, it takes you to the pier for check-in before boarding. The published price is ฿4,300 THB per person.
What ages qualify for the child price?
Children aged 1–3 travel free. Children aged 4–11 qualify for the child price. From age 12, the adult price applies. Please tell us the age of each child when booking so we can confirm the exact quote for your family.
How many snorkelling stops are included?
The itinerary includes three snorkelling sessions: Chong Kad Channel, Bon Bay or Mae Yai Bay, and Pineapple Bay or Turtle Bay.
Is the Moken village included?
Yes. The schedule includes a visit to the Moken village after the first snorkelling stop.
Are national park fees included?
Yes. Thailand national-park entry fees are included in the trip price.
What food and drinks are included?
The trip includes welcome snacks and hot drinks, a buffet lunch, snacks, ice cream, drinking water, soft drinks and fresh fruit.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Please tell us about any dietary requirements when you book, including vegetarian meals or food allergies. We’ll check the available options for lunch at the national-park restaurant and confirm the arrangements with you.
What should I bring and what equipment is provided?
Snorkelling equipment, fins and a towel are included. Bring swimwear, sun protection, a hat, sunglasses and a waterproof bag for your phone and valuables. A change of clothes is useful for the hotel transfer, and a little Thai baht is handy for optional purchases.
Are there toilets on the boat?
Yes, there are toilets on board the boat during your day trip.
Are hotel transfers included?
Yes. The published inclusions provide hotel pickup and return transfer from covered Phuket areas.
What is the luggage allowance for the hotel transfer?
A THB 200 transfer charge applies to each bag larger than 20 inches. Please tell us in advance if you will bring a large bag.
What time will I get back to my hotel?
The current itinerary lists arrival at Nam Khem Pier at 17:00. Your shared hotel transfer follows, so arrival at your hotel depends on its location and traffic. Message us for guidance for your hotel.
Can the weather change the itinerary?
Yes. The snorkelling bays, order of stops and timings may change to suit weather, tides and sea conditions. The crew will choose suitable arrangements for the day’s reef sessions and island visits.
What happens if the trip is cancelled because of unsafe weather?
If we have to cancel your trip because of unsafe weather, we’ll offer another available date where possible. If that date doesn’t suit you, we’ll refund everything you paid for the booking, including your deposit.
