We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to reschedule your booking. We will always do our best to move your trip to a different date if possible. If this is not possible, we will issue a refund according to the following policy:
More than 30 days in advance of your booking date You will receive a full refund, minus a ฿2,500 per person administration fee including Stripe/online banking processing charges.
29–20 days in advance of your booking date You will receive a 60% refund minus Stripe/online banking processing charges.
19–7 days in advance of your booking date You will receive a 50% refund minus Stripe/online banking processing charges.
Less than 7 days in advance of your booking date No refund will be issued.
If we have to cancel your trip due to poor weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.
